My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. I pride myself in obtaining a Broker's License and qualiying as a Certified Residential Brokerage Manager(CRB), a Certified Residential Specialist(CRS), a Senior Real Estate Specialist(SRES), a Graduate of the Residential Institute(GRI) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert(CDPE). As a RE/MAX Agent, I have extensive resources for support. "No One Sells More Real Estate Then RE/MAX.

That said, in my experience as a Bay Area real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I have spent the time, effort and energy to educate myself to be better prepared to help solve the every day  problems of Sellers and Buyers. In 2007 through 2009 many Homeowners became dsitressed due job to losses and loan interest rates that reset increasing their payments above what they can pay. We may see the same situations in  2010 and 2011. Many have no where to turn for an advocate. As a CDPE I have taken on the challege of helping Homeowners to stay in their their homes, where possible. There are several options available to consider when facing foreclosure.
